The Pixel Watch 3 breaks with tradition with a larger 45mm watch face. Add in some subtle design tweaks and a compelling set of fitness features, and after three iterations, I think Google has finally found its way to a compelling smartwatch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the larger display, Google says it also has a longer-lastingGoogle Pixel Watch 3 battery.<\/a><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Google claims the Pixel Watch 3 can deliver 24 hours of battery life with the always-on display (AOD) enabled. On the Pixel Watch 2, the company made significant progress improving battery life when using GPS and fitness apps. Google Pixel Watch 3 Battery<\/a><\/u><\/strong>: I’m hoping Qualcomm’s more efficient SW5100 processor will give the Pixel Watch 3 a true all-day battery life with AOD enabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After getting my hands on the new 45mm watch face, I was impressed by its size and design. Both watch faces feature the Actua AMOLED display technology that Google has been developing for the past few years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Google says the Pixel Watch 3 battery<\/a><\/u><\/strong>can reach 50% in about 28 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The larger, brighter screen immediately caught my attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even the 41mm model looks larger than the Pixel Watch 2 thanks to its slimmer bezels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The screen supports a peak brightness of up to 2,000 nits, double that of the Pixel Watch 2. Google confirms that the new panel supports the DCI-P3 color gamut, so the display will be vibrant and colorful when used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
