Honor appears to be about to launch a new smartphone called the Honor X6c to update its entry-level lineup. The phone is likely to be the successor to last year’s X6b, and its full renderings and specifications have been exposed. While its design and hardware are not much different from its predecessor, there are still some notable changes. From the back, the X6c retains the X6b’s iconic square camera island and square edges. However, the front is slightly redesigned. Instead of adopting the outdated water drop screen design, Honor has chosen a punch-hole screen design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The X6c uses a 6.61-inch TFT LCD panel with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a resolution of 720 x 1604 pixels. The phone is also expected to reach IP64 protection rating. The Honor X6c is powered by the MediaTek Helio G81 Ultra chipset, a 4G-only chipset that is positioned in the mid-to-low-end market. It runs Android 15 and Honor Magic OS 9.0. Despite the low hardware configuration, the camera configuration includes a 50MP main sensor and a QVGA sensor for secondary functions such as depth sensing or basic macro. The front camera is a 5MP unit located in the hole-punch screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The X6c will be equipped with a 5100mAhHonor X6c smartphone battery<\/a><\/u><\/strong>, and some regions may be equipped with a larger 5300mAh version. The device also supports 35W wired fast charging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Honor has not officially confirmed the X6c, but given the details of this leak, an announcement does not seem far away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
