The design of the Z10 Turbo Pro follows the style of the iQOO 13, with a rounded rectangular camera module in the upper left corner. But it only has two cameras, so is it necessary to make the module so large? When holding the phone horizontally, this area is still easy to touch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite its similar positioning, the Z10 Turbo Pro is slightly inferior in workmanship. The back panel and frame are both made of plastic, which feels and looks a bit cheap. However, the plastic body also has two advantages: one is that the back panel is not easy to break when it falls; the other is that it reduces the weight of the phone. Unfortunately, it still uses a USB 2.0 interface, but considering its price, I can accept it. However, its waterproof and dustproof rating is only IP65, which is not as good as Redmi phones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Compared with Redmi’s strategy of “going all out to pursue large batteries”, iQOO chooses to sacrifice some<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Z10 Turbo Pro’s screen performs as expected. It’s slightly smaller than the REDMI Turbo 4 Pro, but has a slightly higher peak brightness at 25% of the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One downside to the Z10 Turbo Pro is that the bottom bezel is still a bit thick, which makes it look a bit cheap. Although it boasts a 144Hz refresh rate, in daily use, it mostly runs at 120Hz. Only in specific situations, such as when playing games with frame interpolation enabled, is 144Hz fully enabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Performance and Gaming<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The performance of the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 was on full display in our quick review of the REDMI Turbo 4 Pro. The Z10 Turbo Pro is no slouch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In short, it performs well enough in high-load games, but the power consumption and temperature are higher. One of its advantages over the Redmi is its comprehensive gaming features, including bypass charging, super resolution, and frame interpolation. iQOO basically positions this as a gaming phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In daily applications, its performance is comparable to or even better than the third-generation 8 – this is mainly due to the higher energy efficiency ratio at the same main frequency. As long as you don’t play games, I believe it can easily last a whole day without charging.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For a mid-range phone priced under $300, the Z10 Turbo Pro performs quite well. It has strong battery life and 120W fast charging, and the performance is enough to meet the needs of most users. Unfortunately, its material and water resistance are slightly inferior to those of its competitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
