Arlo Pro 2 camera review

Sure, the Arlo Pro 2 has 1080p HD video, infrared night vision, and two-way audio, but is it worth the price?
Arlo Pro 2 Camera Battery
One of the most affordable wireless cameras I’ve found that can operate completely wirelessly, and to help you decide if it’s the right choice for you, I took the liberty of testing it out in my own home. My standards are high, so hopefully the Arlo Pro 2 won’t disappoint. My Arlo Pro 2 review is up now! Although the Arlo Pro 2 is no longer available, there’s still a lot to learn from our experience with it, especially if you’re planning on buying a new camera from Arlo as well.
I really liked the Arlo Pro 2’s crisp video, and I know that’s because this baby camera records in 1080p HD resolution. 1080p is the industry standard these days, so this camera is on par with the competition. Now, the Arlo Pro 2 does have a night mode, which I like, which uses infrared lighting instead of white light. Some cameras use white light, and while white light can take good pictures, I find the harsh light very distracting and easy to spot by an intruder. Infrared lighting is more subtle and just as effective in some situations.Arlo Pro 2 Camera Battery
life would be much worse. But I’m glad to know I have the option to use these features.
After clicking on settings, you can turn off the camera for privacy or change the video settings. In the menu, there are options like Best Video, Optimized, and BestArlo Pro 2 Camera Battery

Life” to choose from. I think it was smart of Arlo to choose these options since these cameras are wireless. If you don’t want to charge the camera’sArlo Pro 2 Camera Battery

as often, you can get the battery to last longer. That’s not to say this is the worst night mode I’ve seen, but I’ve seen better ones. We’ll get into that comparison later.
The two-way audio feature on the Arlo 2 is excellent.
You can accomplish a lot with two-way audio, and I have to say that the Arlo Pro 2 excels in this regard. In terms of storage options, the Arlo Pro 2 is great for having both local and cloud storage.Smart Platform Integrations The Arlo Pro 2 pairs with Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKit, IFTTT, Stringify, and SmartThings.
Like I mentioned earlier, I had no issues setting up the Arlo Pro 2 camera using the Arlo hub. Barring any network issues, I don’t think anyone would spend more than 20 minutes getting everything set up.
Most cameras come with some form of motion notifications, but I just want to point out that the Arlo Pro 2 has both motion and sound notifications, which is a pretty unique feature. This camera is really good at capturing any kind of commotion, which can be very useful or very annoying.

power and preserve the camera’s memory for when you actually need to record.
Hidden Features?
I love the wireless capabilities of the Arlo Pro 2 because it means my cats don’t have extra wires to play with or chew on around the house. But it turns out that I miss out on features when my camera isn’t plugged in, like nonstop continuous recording, the ability to designate motion/activity zones, and 3-second replay.
The 3-second replay feature allows the camera to record for three seconds before it detects activity, giving you a more complete picture of what’s happening in the footage.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ review: The best tablet for families?

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ is a tablet that costs 300 euros. For this price, you get an 11-inch 16:9 LCD screen, a Snapdragon 695 chip, a large 7040mAh Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 Battery After testing, is it worth it? The tablet occupies a rather special place in many homes. It is rarely in the center, but provides the family with some extra comfort: a screen for long trips, evenings, reading, playing mobile games, with a large surface area that does not dominate the TV in the living room. In this position, it is perfectly reasonable not to allocate too much budget for it. This is where Galaxy A tablets come into play, such as the Tab A9+ that we are discussing here. The differences with the Tab A9 are small: the Plus has a larger screen size (11 inches vs. 8.7 inches), more RAM (8 GB vs. 4 GB) and a larger Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 Battery (7,040 mAh vs. 5,100 mAh). Battery life: one of its strengths In terms of battery life, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ performs well. Its good performance is due to the large 7,040mAh battery. It outperforms the iPad 10 and the OnePlus Pad. This is noticeable even when compared to the iPad 10’s 20W power. The Samsung tablet takes nearly 3 hours to go from empty to 100%, while the iPad takes 2 hours and 15 minutes and the OnePlus Pad has 67W.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 Battery

It beats both of these with just 1 hour and 15 minutes. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ is a very good entry-level tablet for a great price. Of course, at this price, don’t expect miracles, especially when it comes to display quality, which has a low resolution or contrast. Also pay attention to slightly piercing sounds, frequent slowdowns that require patience, and even very mediocre photo quality.

Despite the very obvious flaws, Samsung has found a balance. The Tab A9+ is a great cheap family tablet because it meets the intended use: some 3D games, a big and bright screen, a slightly disappointing sound for sure, but the volume can be turned up if needed (and headphones can be connected). Add to that the fairly understated styling and the right finish, and we have a completely honest tablet here.

OPPO Reno13 Pro review: Portrait photography at a price

The OPPO Reno13 Pro has some nice upgrades, but it also comes at a higher price and with more competition in an increasingly saturated market.

The phone is powered by a custom MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor, 12GB of LPDDR5X memory, and UFS 3.1 flash storage. The 6.83-inch display has ultra-narrow bezels and offers a 120Hz refresh rate and 1,200 nits peak brightness. In addition, the Reno13 Pro’s upgraded cameras include a new 3.5x zoom periscope telephoto lens and more AI photography software features.

The 80W Super Flash Charge function can charge the phone from 0 to 50% in 24 minutes and from 0 to 100% in 54 minutes, which is an excellent charging speed. However, to get the maximum charging speed of OPPO Reno13 Pro 80W, you need to use the included charging head andOPPO Reno13 Pro Cell Phone battery   charging cable.

The phone is also IP69 rated for dust and water resistance (click here for details). Thanks to this, OPPO has introduced the ability to shoot underwater without a protective case (up to 2 meters deep for up to 30 minutes).

The underwater photography mode can be found in the “More” section of the native camera app. Once triggered, the phone will disable touch controls and use the volume keys for taking photos and recording.

That said, OPPO recommends not charging the Reno13 Pro immediately after surfacing from a swim.

AI photo editing features, such as the AI Eraser, also work well for removing unwanted people and objects from photos.

The large 5,800 mAh battery puts the Reno13 Pro above most of its competitors, though it does fall short of the Nothing Phone (2), which has an amazing OPPO Reno13 Pro Cell Phone battery life.

The phone also supports 80W SuperVOOC fast wired charging, and a compatible charger and cable are included in the box.

The 80W fast wired charging feature charges the phone from 0 to 50% in 24 minutes and from 0 to 100% in 54 minutes, which is an excellent charging speed. However, to get the full 80W charging speed, you need to use the included charger and cable.

While the Reno13 Pro supports 50W wireless OPPO Reno13 Pro Cell Phone battery charging, it is not available on the Reno13 Pro sold in Singapore.

The OPPO Reno13 Pro continues the eye-catching concept of the Reno series, but the Reno series itself may face difficulties in the long run as competition becomes increasingly fierce.

The phone also supports 80W SuperVOOC super flash charging, and a compatible charging head and charging cable are included in the box.

Although the Reno13 Pro supports 50W wireless charging, it is not equipped on the Reno13 Pro sold in Singapore.

Conclusion

The OPPO Reno13 Pro continues the eye-catching design concept of the Reno series, but the Reno series itself may face difficulties in the long run as competition becomes increasingly fierce.

These phones are priced in the mid-to-high-end, so it is difficult to sell well. We mentioned this before in the OPPO Reno11 Pro review.

Garmin Fenix E vs. Fenix 8: The essential differences you need to know

We already mentioned that the Fenix 8 comes in only one case size, unlike the various sizes and AMOLED or solar charging technology options integrated into the case.

The 47mm Fenix E comes with a polymer case, a stainless steel bezel, and a 1.3-inch, 416 x 416 AMOLED touchscreen. It weighs 76 grams.

Similarly, if we compare the same size 47mm Fenix 8 AMOLED, you get a polymer case with a stainless steel or titanium bezel. Opting for the latter will increase the price. It weighs between 73 grams and 80 grams, depending on the bezel material you choose. Stainless steel makes it heavier.

Since the Fenix E only has one model, the Garmin Fenix E Smartwatch Battery life is simpler to evaluate. In addition, it does not support solar charging, which meansGarmin Fenix E Smartwatch Batterylife depends on settings such as screen brightness and always-on mode.

Garmin says the Fenix E will last 16 days in smartwatch mode with Raise to Wake enabled. That drops to six days if the screen is set to always-on.

Speaking of tracking, you can expect 32 hours of battery life or 24 hours with the screen on in its highest GPS accuracy “Full System” mode. That stretches to 14 days in Garmin’s Expedition tracking mode.

Flip over to the Fenix 8 and you’ll find battery specs for both the AMOLED and solar-charging versions, as well as the differences between the different sizes. If you want the longest, most durable Garmin Fenix 8 smartwatch battery life, the 51mm Fenix 8 is the one for you. It lasts 29-48 days in smartwatch mode (depending on the version), and around 50-60 hours in maximum GPS accuracy mode. If you compare it to the same-sized Fenix 8 with an AMOLED screen, it offers 16 days in smartwatch mode, 7 days in always-on mode, and an extra day in always-on mode. In maximum GPS accuracy mode, it runs for 35 hours, dropping to 28 hours in always-on mode. So technically, the Fenix E performs slightly worse in always-on display mode, and has a shorter GPS life, but the difference isn’t huge. You can also choose between Corning Gorilla Glass or a more durable sapphire crystal to protect the screen from scratches, and the Fenix E comes with Gorilla Glass. It also has a 1.4-inch display with a resolution of 454 x 454 pixels, which makes it a larger and higher-resolution display compared to the Fenix E.

In terms of durability, both watches are designed to be 10 ATM waterproof and can be used underwater to a depth of 100 meters. In addition, the Fenix 8 is suitable for recreational diving to a depth of 40 meters and has a leak-proof button that the Fenix E does not have. For the best protection against moisture, choose the Fenix 8.

Last but not least, there is a flashlight. If you want this feature, you have to buy the Fenix 8 because the Fenix E does not have this useful feature. Both Fenix watches run on the same platform, which means that some software features and user interface updates that Garmin introduced in the Fenix 8 can also be used on the Fenix E.

Both watches are compatible with Android phones and iPhones and offer Bluetooth, ANT+, and Wi-Fi connectivity support. On or off the watch, you can access Garmin’s Connect IQ Store, which supports features like notifications, contactless payments, and offline music storage for streaming services like Spotify. However, the Fenix 8 has more storage space, 32GB, while the Fenix E has 16GB.

When you’re not exploring, the additional voice support is the most noticeable difference between these two outdoor watches. In addition to diving, both watches offer the same sports configuration, including core modes such as running, swimming, cycling, golf, and outdoor leisure. In addition, both watches support Garmin’s new strength training programs and activity-specific workouts. You want to get the best tracking experience Garmin has to offer. Multi-band GNSS and the upgraded Garmin Elevate Gen 5 heart rate sensor not only enhance functionality, but also significantly improve Garmin Elevate Gen 5 battery life. In short, the Fenix 8 is perfect

New leak confirms Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Fold 7 battery specs

Now, UL Demko Certification has revealed the battery capacities of the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 (more certain than rumors). These data have appeared in leaks before, but now… well, they are as reliable as official data.

Buyers of the Galaxy Z Flip 7 may receive a surprise – a largerGalaxy Z Flip 7 phone battery

than last year. It is reported that this Flip phone uses two batteries, model EB-BF766ABE (1,189 mAh) and EB-BF767ABE (2,985 mAh). The total capacity is at least 4,174 mAh. It is expected to have a battery capacity of 4,300 mAh, which is about 300 mAh higher than the 4,000 mAhGalaxy Z Flip 6 phone batterycapacity.Meanwhile, the weaker Galaxy Z Fold 7 has no upgrade in this regard. This model is equipped with twoGalaxy Z Fold 7 mobile phone batteries, EB-BF966ABE (2,126 mAh) and EB-BF967ABE (2,146 mAh). The total capacity is at least 4,272 mAh, and the official capacity is likely to be 4,400 mAh. Yes, the same as last year. Previously, a leaked document showed that the charging speed of the two folding phones will not be improved, which is not good news.

Therefore, you can expect the upcoming phone to also be equipped with 25W wired charging and 15W wireless charging. Previous rumors have suggested that the Galaxy Z Fold 7 may be equipped with a larger screen, and the same battery capacity can’t help but raise questions:

Galaxy Z Fold 7 mobile phone batteryLife will be shortened? Or can the chip and more energy-efficient display make up for the lack of battery upgrade? According to reports, the two phones are now in mass production and are expected to debut during the summer Unpacked event in early July. The Galaxy Z Fold 7 may feature a 200MP main camera and a thinner body, while the Flip 7 may get more screen real estate on the front display, reportedly increasing to 4 inches. These two phones will join a curious foldable phone market

This AI model can turn your next Google search into a conversation

Google Search may soon become more conversational on Android devices thanks to artificial intelligence, according to unreleased code discovered by 9to5 Google. The search app may soon add an AI mode that combines interactive discussions and other features to make Google’s base service more like the Gemini AIassistant.

AImode (referred to as AIM in the unreleased code) blends the human-like interactions of Gemini Live with Google Search and joins the visual understanding and analysis provided by Google Lens. In AIM, you can respond to the results of a Google Search. Not only can you view a list of results, but you can also ask follow-up questions, interrupt replies, and otherwise treat Search like Gemini Live.

If it rolls out, AI mode should appear as a tab in the bottom navigation bar of the Google app. In addition to using voice search, you can also use photos taken with your phone or other uploaded photos. You can then explain what you want to search for in the image. Another interesting point in the code is that its placeholder is a winking emoji. Gemini or search?

AI mode in Google Search makes sense at first glance, but when viewed in context, it raises some questions. It looks very similar to Gemini, more like a variation of Gemini Live. This fits in with Google’s seeming enthusiasm for people to use Gemini for everything. AI Mode isn’t exactly the same as Gemini Live, as AI Mode will offer a multimodal experience combining text, voice, and images, but it’s close enough that it’s hard to know when you should use one over the otherAI Mode may just be a path to a more comprehensive service. Enhancing Google Search with Lens’ ability to ask questions of photos and videos, and enhancing the current voice interaction (transcribe verbal requests), could pave the way for Google Search to become an aspect of Gemini, and vice versa. It could also change the way we think about the world’s most popular search engine.

Instead of asking Google to say “show me the results,” we could just ask it to “give me a direct, thoughtful answer.”

GoPro Hero 7 Black review: Design and features

The Hero 7 Black looks very similar to last year’s Hero 6 Black, with the square lens housing still protruding a few millimeters from the front.

It may look a little drab, but that’s actually a good thing, especially if you’re a pro-level GoPro user, as you probably already own a range of mounts and accessories. In fact, you can use the GoPro Hero 7 with any accessories from the Hero 5 Black and later. As with older GoPro cameras, the Hero 7 has two housings: one housing houses the camera’s removable 1,220 mAh GoPro Hero 7 Black Camera Batteryand microSD card slot, and the other housing the micro-HDMI 2.0 video output and USB-Type C “SuperCharge” port, which can also be used for data transfer.

The power and shutter buttons are in the same places – on the left edge and on the top plate – and behind them is a 2-inch touchscreen that can now be used in both landscape and portrait modes. There’s also a simple monochrome LCD screen on the front that displays key information such as mode and elapsed time.Hero 7 Black Camera Batterylife isn’t much of a boost over last year’s model, with around 70 minutes of 4K video at 60fps with HyperSmooth enabled. GoPro says HyperSmooth uses less power – so if you disable it you’ll get a slight improvement in battery life.

Charging doesn’t take long, especially when using the fast charger provided in the box, but I’d recommend carrying a power bank or some spare batteries when you’re out shooting.GoPro Hero 7 Black Camera BatterySadly there’s still no tripod mount on the camera body, but the camera is fully waterproof up to 10 meters. Being able to throw a GoPro in the pool and take it diving, surfing and swimming with it without worrying about damage is a huge plus. Its competitors, such as the Yi 4K+, require waterproof housings to work properly underwater, which seriously affects the sound quality when out of the water.

If you need to take your camera deeper underwater, it can do that as well, as it can protect the action camera in up to 60 meters of water.

Sennheiser GSP 370 headphones review

At first glance, the GSP 370 looks very similar to most gaming headsets Sennheiser has put out over the past few years. There’s a sliding headphone attachment on the left side, a volume control knob on the right, and padding on the top and both ear cups. The GSP 370 looks pretty bulky due to the microphone attachment, but it’s actually very light, weighing in at 0.60 pounds. This lightweight headset experience made me often forget I was wearing a headset, which is definitely a plus.

The power slider is located near the bottom of the left ear cup, and you need to slide it all the way down to turn it on. Unfortunately, it doesn’t slide smoothly, and it often feels like it’s going to break if you don’t slide it correctly. Next to the power slider is theSennheiser GSP 370 Headset Battery

Indicator bar, which lights up green when connected and lights up red when the headset needs to be charged.

Thankfully, the GSP 370 doesn’t need to be charged very often. It’s a wireless headset that connects via a standard USB Bluetooth adapter. What makes it different, however, is the battery life of up to 100 hours per charge, one of the longest-lasting Bluetooth headsets on the market. To put that number in perspective, this largeSennheiser GSP 370 Headset Battery

pack makes the GSP 370 feel truly free, which further helps it blend into your gaming background. Coupled with the impressive battery life, you can easily step out of the PC room between games while still being able to connect with friends. Not having to think about theSennheiser GSP 370 Headset Battery

life adds to the overall immersion of the headset and enhances the entire experience. Another standout feature of the GSP 370 is its audio capabilities. It’s no secret that Sennheiser is one of the best audio manufacturers in the industry, but it’s really impressive that they were able to maintain that quality in a Bluetooth headset. The bass is punchy and powerful, one of the most prominent of any gaming headset I’ve reviewed, and the overall sound profile blurs the line between in-ear headphones and on-ear headphones. For more customization, you can download the Sennheiser Gaming Suite software, which, while it’s fairly fussy, does allow for some customization of your audio experience. With it, you can switch between 7.1 and 2.0 surround sound, as well as adjust the audio balance, but it’s only available for Windows 10 users. The GSP 370 is available for PC, Mac, and PlayStation 4, so if you’re an Xbox One gamer, this isn’t the headset for you.

This is an expensive gaming headset, but with theSennheiser GSP 370 Headset Batterylife and excellent sound quality, this headset is well worth considering. The GSP 370 feels like a pair of Sennheiser headphones that have been repurposed as gaming headsets, rather than one built from the ground up, but it’s still impressive.

Galaxy Tab S8 series leak reveals almost everything

As the heat of the Unpacked event continues to rise, we are expecting the launch of several new devices. Of course, the flagship Galaxy S22 series is the center of attention; if you are waiting for a full-featured Android tablet, then you should keep an eye on the Galaxy Tab S8 series that is expected to be launched at the same time as the S22 series.

Before Samsung officially launches the tablets, here are the key features of the upcoming Tab S8 series (Galaxy Tab S8, Tab S8+, and Tab S8 Ultra). Leaked images and information give us a glimpse of the screen specifications of each tablet that will be launched next week.Galaxy Tablet BatteriesDetails on the packaging capacity and contents. The top of the range is the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, which is rumored to be a 14.6-inch tablet with a Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2960x1848p and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The giant tablet weighs 728 grams and will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. The Tab S8 Ultra will be equipped with an 11,200 mAh Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra Battery

The Tab S8+ is the next product on the leaked list. It will be equipped with a 12.4-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800 × 1752 pixels. According to the leaked information, we expect this tablet to be equipped with an 11-inch LCD display with a resolution of 2560×1600 and a screen refresh rate of 120Hz. The tablet weighs 503 grams and is equipped with an 8000 mAh Galaxy Tab S8 BatteryThere is also support for 45W charging, expandable storage, and S Pen support.
