The battery life is rated at 21 days, and GPS activity tracking is rated at 40 hours, an increase of 7 days over the previous generation. All of these features are complemented by upgrades to several core sport modes, including cycling, skiing, trail running, and golf. Cycling received the most attention, and the addition of a virtual cycling power feature is a welcome improvement. The GT 6 Pro recorded shorter distances than the Stryd and Garmin devices in almost all situations, likely due to excessive smoothing. However, your actual battery life may vary depending on how often you use it to track outdoor activities and the duration of each session.
The watch also tracks all the health metrics you could want—from steps, sleep, and VO2 max to stress and blood oxygen saturation—and even some you might never use (arterial stiffness, perhaps?).
